Staying in the One Bedroom Suite was great! The kitchen had Miele appliances and everything we needed. The room was super spacious and clean. The onsen was a nice touch after skiing. Only thing was the ski locker was a bit hot, but not a big deal. Overall, a really cozy experience.

We were greeted with such warmth, it felt like a scene from a movie. We found a box of snacks and a card wishing us a happy anniversary in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Tara, provided exceptional service from our arrival at Kutchan station to our transfers throughout the area, always with a cheerful demeanor. The well-stocked kitchen in our room allowed us to easily prepare meals for our kids, and the hotel’s shuttle service was convenient for reaching local restaurants and shops. Everything was perfectly maintained, making our experience feel luxurious and effortless!
