modern interior design, good quality kitchen facilities, comprehensive shuttle bus service
A mirror shortage makes personal grooming inconvenient!!! Dim lighting lacks brightness adjustments, making rooms feel gloomier than necessary!!! The onsen security could use improvement with separate male and female access!!!

Exceptional Service and Memorable Mountain Views
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, making it feel like such a special occasion. The mountain view from our Deluxe One Bedroom Suite was nothing short of breathtaking, and the thoughtful surprise of snacks and a personalized card for our anniversary made our stay even sweeter. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a wide variety of delicious options each morning. Everything about our stay was enjoyable, but I would have appreciated a full-length mirror in the room.

Staying in the One Bedroom Suite was great! The kitchen had Miele appliances and everything we needed. The room was super spacious and clean. The onsen was a nice touch after skiing. Only thing was the ski locker was a bit hot, but not a big deal. Overall, a really cozy experience.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth, it felt like a scene from a movie. Notably, we found a box of snacks and a card wishing us a happy anniversary in our room, which was a thoughtful touch that really made the stay special. The mountain view from our suite was breathtaking, a constant reminder of why we chose this place, and the breakfast was a delightful experience each morning.
It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the experience, I’d say it was acceptable.
