modern interior design, good quality kitchen facilities, comprehensive shuttle bus service
A mirror shortage makes personal grooming inconvenient!!! Dim lighting lacks brightness adjustments, making rooms feel gloomier than necessary!!! The onsen security could use improvement with separate male and female access!!!

Staying in the One Bedroom Suite was great! The kitchen had Miele appliances and everything we needed. The room was super spacious and clean. The onsen was a nice touch after skiing. Only thing was the ski locker was a bit hot, but not a big deal. Overall, a really cozy experience.

Couple looking for a nice getaway
We were greeted with such warmth, it felt like a scene from a movie. We found a box of snacks and a card wishing us a happy anniversary in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. The mountain view from our suite was amazing, a constant reminder of why we chose this place, and the breakfast was a good experience each morning.
It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the experience, I’d say it was acceptable.

It was just a nice choice for a brief weekend stay in Kutchan with extraordinarily good value for money. The mountain view from the room added a lovely touch to our experience. Try to make your breakfast earlier to avoid the rush.

Staying in the One Bedroom Suite was fantastic! The kitchen had top-of-the-line Miele appliances, which made cooking a breeze. The spacious layout allowed us to relax comfortably, and the hot tub in the private bathroom was a wonderful touch after a long day exploring. The onsen area was peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after skiing. The staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a bear bell for our hike, which felt incredibly thoughtful.
The ski locker was a bit warm, making it less comfortable to store our gear.
